Vaccin.se: Driving traffic with a human centered approach

Vaccin.se guides users to the right information about vaccinations in Sweden. BBH together with the client identified that the current website needed a re-design with clearer overview, easy accessed content, and a stronger focus on driving traffic to vaccin centers. The site is currently being built.

  • Interviews and user testing
    The project started off with interviews with key stakeholders to identify pain points and areas of improvement. The design itself was also tested to ensure navigation and information was clear and straight forward.

  • Brand refresh
    As a part of the re-design of the website the client also requested a brand refresh for Vaccin.se. We shifted the focus from science and research of vaccines to a more human centered approach with soft colours, images of people, and easy accessible typography.

  • Guides and documentation
    As GSK themselves was the ones to populate the site with its content, we built a clear and structured design system of sections, building blocks and components for the developers to implement and for the the marketing team to use. We also created a deck for copy guidelines as a part of the new brand.
